With a growing number of students, coaches, and training programs, CTI needed a more robust and integrated technological ecosystem to effectively manage and streamline operations. This included tracking student progress, managing faculty and pay rates, handling registrations, distributing course materials, and facilitating communications.
Their previous systems were fragmented and lacked cohesion, often resulting in missing information and delivering a subpar experience for both students and faculty. The goal was to create a unified platform that would enhance efficiency, transparency, and user satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Solution
To achieve this goal, The Flock assembled a dedicated team composed of a Project Manager, Backend Engineer, and Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end migration process. The first step involved a deep dive into CTI’s existing systems to map all necessary fields, datasets, and workflows. From there, the team developed a detailed plan that addressed both the technical and strategic requirements for a smooth and efficient transition.
Throughout the process, The Flock worked in close collaboration with CTI, validating each phase to ensure accuracy, alignment, and minimal disruption. The final migration was executed successfully, integrating the new Student Management System (Arlo) with key platforms such as HubSpot, Moodle, Zoom, and Stripe. The result was a fully connected, future-ready ecosystem designed to support CTI’s mission at scale.
Results
Thanks to the successful migration to the new Student Management System, CTI now has full control over student and faculty data, enabling smarter decisions and stronger operational oversight. The platform also improves tracking of progress and performance, supporting CTI’s growth goals.
Moreover, the system has enhanced the experience for students and faculty with streamlined processes, clearer communication, and easier access to materials. This upgrade boosts engagement and reinforces CTI’s commitment to delivering quality, human-centered education worldwide.
